Jakub Nedoma has been an Associate Partner at Weinhold Legal since 2024, where he has been working since 2012. From 2018 to 2019, he worked as an M&A and IT/IP expert for a multinational company operating in the CEE region.
Jakub specialises primarily in M&A and IT/IP law, where he has experience in negotiating, preparing and executing both complicated international transactions and local deals with an emphasis on finding practical solutions and on smooth implementation of transactions. Jakub gained extensive experience in, among other things, legal advice in the field of venture capital, fintech and other modern technologies. He also focuses on legal advice in corporate law, general commercial law practice, private asset management and dispute resolution.
Jakub graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. He is an attorney at law registered in the List of Attorneys of the Czech Bar Association.
Jakub has been involved in advising large Czech and international companies, including e.g. Komerční banka, Metrostav, Subterra, Eurovia, GZ Media, Y Soft, Omega Pharma, Renomia, LAMA ENERGY GROUP, Unicredit Bank, Mafra, Eurovia, Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna, CBRE and PKN Orlen, DiBO East, skupinu International Paper, Mach Drůbež, Wienerberger and others.
Jakub is ranked as the Rising Star (2023) for the Czech Republic by IP STARS.
Apart from his native Czech language, he is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Russian.

Weinhold Legal provided Česká spořitelna with legal services related to more than 20 corporate bond issues (including structured bonds and mortgage bonds) issued both, as stand-alone issues and under debt issuance programmes of the company, including the 10-Year Bond Issue Programme in the maximum amount of CZK 10 mld. in outstanding bonds and maturity of any single issue of up to 10 years – Weinhold Legal provided Česká spořitelna legal services in connection with its establishment. Further we assisted Česká spořitelna as the arranger of CZK 500,000,000 4.50% Subordinated Bond issue due in 2015 by Wüstenrot – stavební spořitelna (the first Prague Stock Exchange listed subordinated bond issue) and its Tranche No. 2 and 10-Year Bond Issuance Programme of the Fond (pojištění vkladů) up to a maximum of CZK 10 billion in outstanding bonds and maturity of any single issue of up to 10 years; etc. Further advice on numerous transactions.
