Our corporate culture

Our corporate culture is based on trust, openness, and mutual respect. Even though there are around fifty of us, we still address each other informally, meet across teams, and share not only our work but also the joy we derive from it. At our company, everyone has the space to be themselves, express their opinions, and contribute to how our company looks and functions.

We believe that the company is there for the people and the people are there for the company. Everyone has their role, their voice, and the opportunity to grow. At the same time, we know that it is through cooperation and shared values that we can achieve more together than we can alone.

We support education and development—every Friday we devote time to training, offer mentoring, and provide regular feedback. Martin is a partner at Weinhold Legal and head of the firm’s IT and IP group (TMT).

Martin began to work at Weinhold Legal in 1998 and since that time has participated in a number of major projects in the areas of corporate law, M&A, litigation and arbitration, IP/IT law, competition law and public procurement.
