Tereza is an attorney-at-law at Weinhold Legal and she specializes primarily on data protection, public procurement company law and litigation.
Tereza has advised a number of international and Czech companies, including OHL ŽS, Angelini Pharma Česká republika, AnyDesk Software, Praha Vaccines, Goodbaby, Hilding Anders, International Property Invest, DW Forklift, Sodexo Pass ČR, Wienerberger, Saurer Group a LEEL COILS EUROPE.
In the area of public procurement, Tereza provided advice to a number of subsidy recipients, municipalities, health insurance companies and other public entities.
Tereza is also engaged in lecturing. Tereza regularly organises training, seminars and webinars for Weinhold Legal clients and the general public, in particular on personal data protection issues and also cooperates with Czech universities. Tereza also publishes articles in legal journals and on the Internet. In her publishing activities, Tereza focuses mainly on commercial law, public procurement law and personal data protection.
Tereza graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague in September, 2014. In 2017, Tereza graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the South Bohemian University. During her studies Tereza also spent a month studying law at Bremen University of Applied Science. Tereza passed the Czech Bar Exam in 2017.
Tereza joined Weinhold Legal in September 2013 as a paralegal and has been a member of the Czech Bar Association since 2018. Tereza is a member of Weinhold Legal’s German desk.
Apart from her native Czech, Tereza is fluent in German and English.
